Dr. Gohl was a pioneer in introducing, and using the Gonstead technique. Dr. Gohl practiced for over 60 years.

Dr. Gohl enrolled in the Palmer School of Chiropractic in 1947, following his two years of service in Okinawa with the Navy Seabees. Dr. Gohl developed a systematic and scientific approach to quantify the outstanding results that chiropractic produces in patient care. He has documented this information in two DVDs, “Inside the Adjustment,” which demonstrates in detail Gonstead principles and teachings, and the “Marking System Demonstration”, which give detailed instruction on marking x-rays. They can be purchased here.

Dr. Gohl’s heart for service extended beyond his dedication to chiropractic. He also kept active in service to his community -- was an active member of the Lions Club for over 40 years, involved with the Twenty-Thirty Club, Young Life, Boy Scouts and Indian Guides. Annually, Dr. Gohl supported the Glendale Association For The Retarded by donating his office proceeds from an annual “Patient Appreciation Day.”

Dr. Gohl was a family man, who loved his wife, Tommene, and grown children, Sharon, Gary (deceased) Carol and Diane. Dr. Gohl’s Christian faith was the foundation for his service and commitment to helping others.
